Reasons Why Samsung Note 7 Explodes To Be Released Soon

Shortly after discontinuing the Note 7 in October, Samsung launched an investigation to find out the main cause behind the explosions. Though Samsung initially had thought that the battery was actually the cause, which is why it recalled the initial batch of Note 7 units and restarted sales with batteries from another supplier. But surprisingly those phones also started to explode, the company had to discontinue the device altogether.

Trying to get a detailed reason why the Galaxy Note 7 keeps exploding making it unsafe for users, Samsung called for an in-house investigation. According to South Korean daily JoongAng Ilbo, the investigations has been finalized. Samsung, therefore will make an announcement in mid-january that will finally answer the many unanswered questions about what happened to the Galaxy Note 7, and hopefully put the matter to rest permanently.

According to the insiders, Samsung will report that it was a combination of factors that led to the explosions. By releasing this information to the public, the manufacturer is hoping to eradicate cause for alarm in the use of Samsung products that started last September. Reports indicate that only a few people at the top of the company have been given the results of the investigation.
